To keep the sessions running to the set schedule and to allow possible questions from the audience, it is very important to keep presentation within the allocated time. |

Since the session is broadcasted on Zoom, please arrive at session room 15 minutes prior to session. |

Personal laptop usage is discouraged due to Zoom transmission issues. |

Please bring a window compatible file as a backup, as compatibility problem may occur when using Mac OS devices. |

To avoid software compatibility problems (MS PowerPoint), speakers are advised to save their PowerPoint presentation on a USB memory stick. |

Submit your file to the staff of each presentation room at least 15 minutes before session starts. The operator will load the presentation files to the laptop PC. |

Audio Visual Equipment |
Each session room will be equipped with the following facilities; |

Laptop computer running MS-Office PowerPoint 2016 or 365 operated in Windows 10 and USB drive |

Smart pointer and mouse |

Beam projector (RGB, HDMI Port) and Screen |
• |
To avoid frequently occurring technical problems during the presentation, all presenters are asked to use prepared Laptop. |

If you would like to use any other A/V equipment, please inform us in advance. |
