Recently, thin film solar cells based on perovskite materials have already achieved over 24 %, which is amazing achievement in such a short time of 7 years exceeding the efficiency of multi-crystalline Si (22.3%), thin film crystalline Si (21.2%), copper indium gallium selenide (22.6 %) and CdTe based thin film solar cells (22.1%). Now, the perovskite solar cell is at the front of commercialization which needs more advanced technologies for improving efficiency and long-term stability, realizing flexible cell, fabricating large-size module, and resolving Pb issues. This symposium is dealing with recent efforts that have been made for facilitating commercialization of perovskite solar cells.
