Thermoelectric technology has been received renewed attention due to the increasing needs for energy conversion and thermal management in recent years. There are, however, still many scientific issues are remained to be unsolved and therefore collaboration for developing new breakthroughs is required. The symposium “Thermoelectrics” features thermoelectric materials, modules, and applications and emphasizes the multidisciplinary nature of the research. Thermoelectric transport properties of materials, the advanced synthetic routes, and the modulalization techniques will be focused. Theoretical considerations of band structure, electronic/thermal transport properties, and crystal chemistry should also be welcomed.
